Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our store & add any items you want to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selections, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order.
All prices are shown in US dollars. If you are shopping from Canada, you can contact us by email and we will convert & charge you in CDN dollars. If you are shopping from any country other than Canada or the United States your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency. We accept PayPal (includes Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard). Unless pre-arranged, we do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made. If we have inadvertently under-priced goods or are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a change of price, we will contact you.
Shipping And Handling: We aim to ship your orders within 1-3 working days of receipt. From time to time items are out of stock before the website is updated. If your order contains an item or items that are out of stock, we will, at our discretion, wait until all items are in stock before processing your order or send the in stock items to you with the out of stock items back-ordered.
Our main shipping method is Postal Service, originating with Canada Post and transferring to your country's postal system. We ship by airmail with the majority of small envelope shipments arriving at their destination within 7-14 business days after shipping. Larger kits and tool orders are shipped with a tracking number that will be emailed to you when we ship.
Shipping charges are applicable to North America only and are calculated on a per-shipment basis. We will contact you with additional shipping charges, if required, on orders outside of North America.
Taxes: For orders inside Ontario, all provincial and federal taxes will be applied to your order. For all other Canadian provinces, only the federal GST will be applied to your order. Cast Your Anchor does not collect and remit taxes for orders from any other countries.
Orders shipped via our standard mail method to the United States are not usually subject to any duty, taxes, or customs charges. Other countries: your order may be subject to your country's taxes, duties or customs clearance. Cast Your Anchor cannot adjust customs documents or ship orders in a manner that will negate any such taxes or duties.
Return Policy: If the product is defective or damaged in transit, we will replace it free of charge. If you do not want the product, ordered the incorrect size or have otherwise changed your purchasing decision, you can return the product in re-saleable condition and we will issue a refund (less original shipping charges and re-stocking charges) to the account you used to make your original purchase. Custom Flags, Books, and Model Plans are non-refundable. All returns must be sent in suitable packaging that will prevent damage to the items being returned.
Credit Card Security: All credit card details are handled and processed through a secure third party. Cast Your Anchor does not keep any credit card details on the website or in our facility.
Privacy Policy: Cast Your Anchor Inc. does not disclose any buyers' information to third parties with the exception of order details when payment is processed.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the ÃOpen an Accountà feature is used. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will not be able to place orders. Data collected by this site is used to, take and fulfill customer orders or to administer and enhance the site and service.
